Shigmo festival, Goa: It is the festival of farewell to winter celebrated on the full moon day in the month of Phalguna (March), the last month of the Hindu calendar. The festival continues for 14 days. This year the Shigmo parade will commence from 28th March and continue till 10th April in different parts of Goa.
